Make a list of priorities 

Once you’ve selected the size and layout of your home on your lot—you’ll then need to think how you plan to use your outdoor space. Don’t be afraid to ask your builder questions about black soil depths in the lot and what is expected after the final build—the deeper the black soil, the better.
